Frequently asked questions

What's YOUR name?

My name is Liz, nice to meet you :)

What if my product breaks?

I encourage my customers to communicate with me on product quality. The goal is for it to NOT break, but if this does happen please ship back to me and I will fix it, free of charge.

Do you make any type of jewelry not shown here?

Yes! I make anything and everything within my skill set, and I am always open to custom orders. Please visit my instagram, @hey___katie, for more information on more products and special orders!

What materials are used to make your jewelry?

Everything that I purchase and use is nickel free and hypoallergenic. As for the beads, materials vary from crystals to rock beads, glass beads, and sea glass.

What if I want to order something that is no longer in stock?

Please dm me and let me know! Usually if something is out of stock it means I no longer have those materials. I make things based off of what I have, but it is always easy to get more!

Can I do a custom order?

Yes! For all custom orders, please select the "custom" variation option, then in the "Remarks" field on the last ordering page, input your color / design request, as well as the material color (gold/silver) that you would like.

Are any of the pieces going to tarnish / turn my skin green?

No! There is always the chance of jewelry oxidizing, however, but this can be remedied with a simple jewelry cleaning cloth.

Everything is subject to wear and tear depending on use, but if any true tarnishing does begin to occur, please feel free to contact me so that I can change materials / suppliers for that material.

CUSTOM ORDERS! How do I know what my options are?

Please refer to my instagram, @hey___katie

I will keep it up to date with the different color, bead, and charm options!

Do you make any gold jewelry?

Yes! I tend to lean towards silver because it is easier to find good quality materials, but I try to have gold variations of whatever I can make! If a piece comes with a gold option, that will be clear in the variation drop down menu when ordering, otherwise the default is silver.
